"My wife and I purchased our current home from Batu Homes in 2003. At the time we put a contract on the home the shell was done, but the inside had not been finished. While I have never built a home, I have done some remodeling work and could see that the construction was sound. This was confirmed upon completion by both our home inspector and a friend in the construction industry who were both impressed by the quality of the construction work.

After agreeing on the contract, Serhan worked with us to select the floors, cabinets, and lighting for the house. The grand staircase his carpenters constructed is a marvel. Having heard many horror stories we were delighted when the house was completed on schedule.

My wife and I love the house and, besides being well designed, it is very energy efficient. We are planning to retire and move out of the area in a few years, however, we have become spoiled by the house and fear that we will not be able to find its like in our new location. Maybe we can convince Serhan to build a house in Chapel Hill."
